GENERAL TERMS I have read and understand the Terms and Conditions.

BOOKING PAYMENT My minimum payment made today reserves the equipment. I (The Hiree) agree to commit to hiring the goods and services listed in this contract from 'NT Entertainment Solutions Pty Ltd' (The Hirer) for the time period specified in my booking.
If I change my mind (cancel) or do not finalise the payment by the 'Due Date' listed in this booking the Hirer may withdraw the services. Any amount paid may be retained to offset past, current or future incurred costs including loss of hire opportunity for the goods and services booked.
Covid and Unusual Circumstances Conditions re payment. A booking may be postponed to a new date within 6 months of original booking date without penalty due to unforeseen genuine circumstances. A minimum 10 working day's notice in writing from the Hiree prior to event date is required. Any new date must be proposed and be accepted by the Hirer formally.

DELIVERY Our delivery service does not include any set up of equipment unless arranged with the Hirer.
I agree that I will arrange suitable help to set up and pack down the hired equipment ready for the Hirer to collect.
I will have a suitable person available to meet the delivery at the specified and arranged time. Failing to meet as scheduled and agreed may result in a cancellation of service or an extra delivery fee depending on the circumstances.
The Hirer will set up and test technical items such as sound systems, lighting effects and anything that includes this service in the item description or as agreed in writing explicitly.
ACCESS I understand delivery is 'door to door' and has no allowance for stairs, lifts or difficult access with regular or free delivery. A delivery that requires extra staff time and/or equipment including parking charges or long wait times to access will be billed at an hourly rate.
Collect from warehouse If you are collecting from the warehouse you must have a suitable vehicle to transport the hired equipment safely without undue equipment damage and public risk.
I understand the Hirer may refuse to complete a booking if the vehicle is unsuitable for the task and may unduly damage or add unnecessary risk of damage to any equipment.

I AM RESPONSIBLE It is my responsibility to prevent malicious damage to all hired equipment. I understand I may be charged for repair, cleaning or replacement of any hired items if they are lost, excessively dirty, or damaged by misuse.
Equipment set up by our staff will remain in place and must not be used at another location unless authorised unless there is danger of damage or theft.
